Randeep Hooda met Freedom fighter Savarkar's clan ahead of the biopic's release

Randeep Hooda recently visited the Swantantrya Veer Savarkar Smarak in Dadar, Mumbai and met the Savarkar Family for their blessings for his forthcoming film Veer Savarkar.
On meeting the family, Randeeo said, "Finally visited the Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Smarak.. which is a great ode to the armed revolution and the great man himself .. from gymnasium, boxing rings, martial arts, recording-vfx studios, auditorium and a shooting range .. great to meet @RanjitSavarkar and all the lovely people taking care of it all.. here’s to #sashastrakranti Vande Mataram !!"
Swatantryaveer Savarkar is being shot in Andaman, London and Maharashtra. This movie will give present a different side of India's freedom struggle and its history. Filmmakers claim that after the audience witnesses the struggles of Veer Savarkar on celluloid it will completely change their mindset.
Notably, Veer Savarkar played a vital role in India's freedom struggle and he was a member of Hindu Mahasabha. Even after 55 years of his demise, Savarakar remains a debatable topic among different political spectrums.
