During his latest appearance on Netflix's The Great Indian Kapil Show, the 59-year-old Sikandar actor said:
“Hum ye jo daily ki haddiyan tudwa rahe hain, pasliyan toot gai, trigeminal neuralgia ke sath kaam kar rahe hain, aneurysm hai brain mein uske bawajood kaam kar rahe hain. AV malformation hai, uske bawajood chal rahe hain..”
Trigeminal Neuralgia
Commonly known as the “suicide disease”, Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) is a chronic pain condition that affects the trigeminal nerve, which carries sensation from your face to your brain. The condition causes sudden, severe, electric shock-like or stabbing pain in the face. Pain usually affects one side of the face, often triggered by everyday activities like brushing teeth, chewing, talking, touching the face, and even wind or water splashing on the face.
Brain Aneurysm
A brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain. It occurs when a weak spot in the wall of a blood vessel fills with blood and swells, like a bubble. The aneurysm pressures surrounding brain tissue or nerves, but in many cases, it causes no symptoms unless it leaks or ruptures. If it bursts (ruptures), it causes bleeding in the brain, known as a hemorrhagic stroke, which can be life-threatening.
Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM)
An Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) is a rare condition in which blood vessels are abnormally tangled, forming a direct connection between arteries and veins, bypassing the capillaries. This weakens the vessels and can cause them to leak or rupture, leading to bleeding in the brain (hemorrhage). Symptoms can include severe headaches, seizures, and neurological issues.
