Sri Lanka crisis: Ranil Wickremesinghe lost centuries old books, 125-year-old piano after protesters torch his private residence
In an interview to CNN, Wickremesinghe said that much of the contents at his torched house were not salvageable.
"I have lost more than 4,000 books, including some that were centuries old," Wickremesinghe said. A 125-year-old piano was also destroyed in the fire, he added.
