Patna: Bihar police have sounded high alert and launched a massive manhunt after inputs about intrusion of three dreaded terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammad into the state from Nepal.
According to the sources at the state police headquarters, three dreaded terrorists associated with Jaish-e-Mohammad, a Pakistan-based terror outfit, had entered Bihar from Nepal recently.
They had intruded into Bihar with an intention to strike a major terror attack in the country,” a source said.
Massive manhunt has been launched to nab terrorists identified as Hasnain Ali (native of Rawalpindi), Adil Hussain (Umarkot) and Mohammad Usman (Bahawalpur), sources said, adding that a public appeal has also been issued to share details with police about any suspicious activity.
All security agencies have launched operations to trace the terrorists and nab them, sources added.
“Photos and details of passports of terrorists have also been made public seeking clues from the people of their hideouts,” state police headquarters said.
