JeM commander, Pak militant among 5 killed in Kashmir encounters

Srinagar: A top Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) Commander and a Pakistani militant were among five militants killed in two separate overnight encounters with security forces in Kashmir valley, police said on Sunday.
While four militants were killed in south Kashmir's Pulwama district, one was killed in central Kashmir's Budgam district. Police termed the killing of five militants in 12 hours as a big success.
Inspector General Of Police Vijay Kumar said a JeM Comander Zahid Wani and a Pakistani militant were among the five militants killed in two separate encounters at Naira area of south Kashmir's district of Pulwma and Charar-e-Sharief in Budgam district in two separate encounters.
