Malegaon blast: Sadhvi Pragya,Col Purohit to stand trial, MCOCA charges dropped

Mumbai: Dismissing the applications moved by Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Lt Col Prasad Purohit and six others, a NIA special court on Wednesday discharged three accused in the September 8, 2006 Malegaon blast case --Shivnarayan Kalsangra, Shyamlal Sahu and Pravin Takalki .
It held that prima facie materials are available against them and they have to face the anti terror law.The court said ...picking up from para 3 , line 1 of BY 12 Law-Mah-Malegaon blast.(UNI)
