Modi shared a picture with Tendulkar and it went viral

New Delhi: Former ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar today called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence at Lok Kalyan Marg here. The Master Blaster, who was accompanied by his wife Anjali, briefed the PM about his upcoming movie 'Sachin A Billion Dreams' for which the latter gave his blessings. The PM was highly encouraging and felt the film would have an inspirational message for the masses. Mr Modi tweeted pictures of the interaction with the celebrity couple.

Tendulkar later retweeted the PM's message on the micro blogging site: 'Had a very good meeting with @sachin_rt. His life journey & accomplishments make every Indian proud & inspire 1.25 billion people.' A touched Tendulkar responded with 'Thank you for your inspiring message @narendramodi ji 'Jo khele, Wahi khile!'
