Multiplexes, cinema halls, gyms and stadiums in UP to open from Monday

Lucknow: After the corona infection under control in Uttar Pradesh, now multiplexes, cinema halls, gyms and stadiums in the state will be opened from Monday with Covid protocols.
In view of the continuous improvement in the situation of infection, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday had given instructions to open them by strictly following the corona protocol.
In this regard, on Sunday, Chief Secretary Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has issued guidelines, which states that except in the Containment Zone, multiplexes, cinema halls, gyms and stadiums will be able to open five days a week from Monday to Friday.
UP observes weekend closures of all markets and business establishments on Saturday and Sunday along with Corona night curfew everyday from 2100 hrs to 0700 hours.
Mr Tiwari in the guideline says that pulse oximeter, infrared thermometer and sanitizer are necessary at the main gate of multiplex, cinema hall, gym and stadium. COVID help desks will be set up at these places. Instructions have been given to strictly follow the other Kovid protocol along with face mask and social distancing.
However the guidelines have clarified that swimming pools in the state would continued to be closed till further orders.
Meanwhile, UP government has decided to open the revenue courts and start holding Thana and Tehsil Diwas. But the date when it will commence is yet to be announced by the government. (UNI)
