India wins third ODI by 124 runs, takes an undefeatable lead of 3-0

Capetown: After Virat Kohli played a marathon innings of 160 runs Indian spinners dismantle the African batting line up to drub the host by 124 runs in the third ODI played at Capetown. India has taken an undefeatable lead of 3-0 in the series of six ODIs. Now Men in blue need to win one more match to clinch the Momentum ODI series. Earlier, SA won the toss and invited India to bat first.
Virat Kohli played the sheet anchor role and scored an unbeaten 160 runs and took the team’s score to 303. Chasing the mammoth target, the inexperienced South African team never looked in control and they were bundled out at 179 runs. The next ODI match will be played in Johannesburg, which will be a pink ODI for Proteas. (WD)
