A shocking incident has been reported from the Lalunga police station area of Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh, where a wife allegedly bit her husband’s private parts during a domestic dispute.
According to reports, the woman was under the influence of alcohol when the fight broke out around 1 am on Friday. The 33-year-old victim, a mason by profession, lives with his wife and three children. The dispute reportedly began when the woman argued with her sister-in-law. When the husband tried to intervene, she turned on him in anger and bit his private parts.
The man, left seriously injured and in excruciating pain, was immediately rushed to Lalunga Hospital. Doctors treated him on the spot and applied 7–8 stitches.
On Sunday, the victim lodged a complaint with the police. A case has been registered against the wife under sections 296, 115(2), and 118(1) of the IPC. She is currently in police custody, and interrogation is underway.
