Monday test: Tanhaji scores double digit, Chhapaak fails miserably

Mumbai: The visual extravaganza, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior the saga of one of the greatest warriors India has passed the litmus test of Monday on box office with a distinction.

The movie Starring Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Saif Ali Khan continued to relish the fine run of weekend on weekday. The movie earned a handsome amount of 13.75 crore at box office making the gross collection to 75.68 crores. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh fetched up the rest of  the details.

On the other hand Directed by Meghna Gulzar, produced by Fox Star Studios, Deepika Padukone's KA Production, Meghna Gulzar & Govind Singh Sandhu's Mriga Films, written by Atika Chohan and Meghna Gulzar, Chhapaak failed miserably in the litmus test of Monday on box office. The movie managed to collect only 2.35 crore making the gross collection to 21.37.Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shed light on the movie's performance.
