WATCH - Farhan Akhtar tweets trailer of his debut MCU series ‘Ms Marvel’ trailer and quotes inspiring dialogue

Mumbai: Farhan Akhtar is set to debut in the MCU, by starring in its latest upcoming series “Ms Marvel”.
Taking to Twitter, Akhtar posted the ‘Destiny’ trailer of 'Ms Marvel' and tweeted a line from it: “Good is not a thing you are, it’s a thing you do. #MsMarvel, an Original series from Marvel Studios, starts streaming June 8 on @DisneyPlus”
Based on the comic book superhero of the same name, Ms Marvel stars Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, a Pakistani American who is Marvel’s first Muslim superhero.
In the comics Kamala possesses a hybrid of abilities similar to the combined powers of Ant Man and Mr Fantastic as she is able to alter her size and stretch to great limits. In the show however, her powers are similar to her idol Carol Danvers/ Captain Marvel who she considers her idol in the comics as well.
The show focuses on Kamala’s fascination with superheroes, daydreaming, struggles to fit into school and getting her powers and later coming to terms with them as she gets to live her dream of becoming a superhero.
