Kamal Nath appointed new PCC chief for MP, Scindia to be chairman campaign comm

New Delhi: Congress president Rahul  Gandhi on Thursday appointed senior leader Kamal Nath as the new PCC chief for Madhya Pradesh in place of Mr Arun Yadav, ending the suspense on the issue.

Party Lok Sabha MP Jyotiraditya Scindia has been appointed the chairman of the campaign committee for MP, a release by AICC general secretary Ashok Gehlot said.'The party appreciates the hard work and contribution by Mr Arun Yadav, who will be stepping down from his responsibility as PCC president of Madhya Pradesh,''Mr Gehlot said.

The appointment of Mr Kamal Nath ends the suspense on the appointment of the new PCC chief  for MP, which goes for polls by this year end. (UNI)
